Who you are contracting with

What Vedetta is — and is not

Vedetta is an information service based on satellite data and official public data sources. It has inherent latency and detection limits, it can miss events, and it is not an emergency service. Always follow the instructions of local authorities. In an emergency, call 112. You must not rely on Vedetta as your only source of safety information.

Your account and your property pin

You sign in with your email address and place a pin on the property you want monitored. Keep your email account secure — it is how you access Vedetta. One property is included in your subscription.

Billing, trial, and cancelling

Subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: any tax that applies is already included in it, and nothing is added afterwards. Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — a card is required, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Founder pricing is locked to your account for as long as your subscription stays active.

Your right to withdraw

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Because the trial is free and lasts those same 14 days, withdrawing during it means you are never charged.

Monitoring starts immediately, at your request. By subscribing and placing a pin you ask us to begin watching your property straight away rather than waiting for the withdrawal period to end — which is the point of the product. If you withdraw after that, you owe us only a proportionate amount for the period we actually monitored. During the free trial that amount is zero.

To withdraw, tell us in a clear statement — email hello@vedetta.eu is enough, and cancelling from your dashboard also counts. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending it before the 14 days are up is all that matters; we will confirm by email as soon as we have it.

Alerts depend on your subscription

Alert delivery (email and push) is active while your subscription is in trial or paid. If it lapses, alerts pause and we tell you so by email; your property, settings and history remain until you delete your account.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedetta is not liable for losses arising from missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts — the data sources we build on make detection inherently probabilistic, and we say so everywhere rather than pretend otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we email you before the change applies. Questions: hello@vedetta.eu. These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, where Vedetta is operated. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
